Urethane Ceramic Liners are constructed of high alumina ceramic tiles back with powerful magnetic. Ceramics have incredible tensile strength and hardness with industry leading abrasion resistance in both wet and dry applications. Ceramic cylinders, hexagonal prisms, or flat tiles are embedded in elastomer. Their specialized manufacturing process assures adhesion of the tiles embedded in the urethane and provides high abrasion, high impact resistance in confined or complicated applications or configurations. 

Urethane Magnetic Liner can be installed quickly and safely without the use of welders or bolt fastening systems.

Featuring strong, rare-earth magnets, these durable liners reduce material sticking, reduce noise and provide superior protection in even the most demanding applications. Urethane Ceramic Liners are ideal for the hardest of wear areas, including turnheads, flop gates, high impact areas, and belt transportation areas.
